We, at Entropy Corporate Governance, have vast know-how and experience in the field of senior executives compensation, based on the significant experience of our managers in the field as well as a broad data base, that includes compensation data from recent years of senior executives in public companies. The information contained in the data base is founded on the five highest paid executives in each company, and include the various components, including the ongoing wages component, performance / goal based components (grants) and the equity component (share based payment). The data base supports segment based searches, according to various criterions, including, sector of operations, market value, shareholders equity and so forth, thus enabling the creation of relevant reference or comparison groups. These reference or comparison groups facilitate a comparison of the compensation being offered to the office holder with reference to other office holders in the sector, or on the basis of any other relevant segment or criterion. The uniqueness of the data base, and therein lies our advantage, is the fact that the reference or comparison groups are not limited solely to the compensation package components, but also to the overall performances of the company, thus, enabling an examination of the adequacy of the offered compensation in relation to the performance of that office holder or the company.
